John P. White John P. White is the owner and attorney for Seaview Title Company. He has lived and practiced law in Naples since 1989. His practice is limited to real estate and business related transactional matters, with over 30 years of experience as a licensed Florida attorney. His law firm, John P. White, P.A., and Seaview Title Company share adjacent offices. Mr. White graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia as an undergraduate in 1969, and later with a law degree in 1972. In 1974, after completing a post college abbreviated tour as an officer in the United States Army Reserve, Mr. White formed White & Weaver, a law firm in Lake Wales, Florida. His representative clients included American Bank & Trust, as general counsel and the City of Lake Wales, as city attorney. Mr. White has extensive experience in development and construction related matters. In addition to practicing law, Mr. White formed Southmark Development Corporation. As president, he facilitated the land assemblages, structured the financing, and managed the construction and leaseup for approximately 1,600 apartment and mobile home multifamily units. Mr. White is currently licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia. |

Ann E. White Ann E. White is the client services director for Seaview Title Compay and serves as the liason between Seaview Title company and John P. White, P.A. Ann has been in the real estate and title closing business for the past 12 years as an associate with Parrish, White & Lawhon, P.A. and John P. White, P.A. since relocating from Lyons, New York in 1996. |
